Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Coconut Lane treats, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip or a note with your order number inside the parcel.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal to register your return. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order to generate your return label.
Send It Back
Drop off your package at your nearest designated post office or courier collection point. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
